Hello -- My account has been suspended and I really need it to be unsuspended. I am not collecting emails, data or credit card information. The app I created is merely an app to help gardeners start their gardening hobby.

Please, I really need this account to continue teaching a course on gardening and I put a lot of work into this account. Please help me. My name is: Carla Janell Pattin and my email address is carla.pattin@gmail.com.

    Warm Regards

    Hi Carla,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can confirm that your account was suspended due to possible clickbait, which is a violation of our Terms of Use. This is due to your forms containing linked images. I've gone ahead and reached out to our Review team to further check on this and on what can be done to have your account reinstated. We'll get back to you through this thread as soon as we hear from them.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hello and thank you for getting back with me.

I have a quesrion about the "click bait" I do have a ton of images that do have links. What qualifies as "click bait".

Also, I am under the assuption that users on my app don't have to "sign in". Is this true. Can they simply click on the link and jot forms will prompt them to download the app on their phone?

This is also available for Apple and Android users, correct?

Thanks for reinstating my account so quickly. I really appreciate it!

By the way, my account is still suspended. Do you think it's because my clients are trying to sign in on jot forms?

    Hi Carla,

Thanks for getting back to us. The suspension has nothing to do with making the user sign in to an account to access the form. Also, your forms are public so it should not ask the user to log in to an account to access them. This was due to your forms only containing images with a redirect link. That is how clickbait suspension was set up. The forms also do not contain submit buttons, and they are not receiving submissions. Most of the time this can be prevented if we whitelist the account. However, the whitelist option is only available for paid accounts.

I've gone ahead and reactivated the account. We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I appreciate you and thank you for answering my questions. I have signed in with a corporate email info@theharvestdoctor.com. Would that suffice??

Also, I will consider looking into the paid subscription.

    Hi Carla,

Thanks for getting back to us and for keeping us updated. I can see that you've created a new account using the corporate email. That should be one of the considerations that our automatic system won't automatically suspend the account. Are you planning to transfer the forms to your new account?

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Rene, I didn't know I could transfer the forms to a different account. I am deeply worried if I do that, it would compromise the app I created and I am now sharing with others.

I am not sure how to go about that. I understand that I can duplicate the app, but again, I am worries because other gardeners have the link to the app I created.

    Hi Carla,

If that's the case, you should just have to change the account email address of your first account where the forms were created using your corporate email address. Since you're currently logged in to your second account that is associated with the corporate email address, you can change its email address first using your other spare email address. After that, log in to your first account with the 'carlapattin' username and then change its email address to info@theharvestdoctor.com.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
