blackrockeventscoAsked on May 8, 2024 at 12:40 AMThis is also happening with my Google sheets integrations. Submissions go throug jotform but do not show on the google integration. I need to reconnect the whole sheet which causes me to loose other information on the sheet that is lost in the reconnect. VERY PROBLEMATIC AND INCONVENIENT. I'm not happy with jotform at all.

Hello Amy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please share the link to the form that encounters this issue? I attempted to push the missing submissions for your "A Haunting At Sayre House" form, but our system indicates that there are no missing submissions.
Please note that the integration can break if you make any changes to the form or the spreadsheet directly. If the same thing happens, You need to remove the current integration and add it again to refresh the connection. Let me walk you through it:
First, we're going to remove the Google Sheets integration and then add it back. Let's do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets integration.
4. Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!
5. Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
6. In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
7. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
8. Now, select and connect your Google account.
9. Select an option.
10. Choose your form fields.
11. Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
We also have a guide about Google Sheets integration that you can check out.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

This has been happenign on all of my forms. What is Jotform doing to correct this and other issues with integrations? I must say I'm very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money on this subscription.

Hello Amy,
Thanks for getting back to us. As mentioned by my colleague above, making changes to the integrated Google Sheets file can break the integration. Can you confirm if you did not make any manual change in the spreadsheet file? Also, are you able to share the URLs of all the Google Sheets integrated forms? Here's the guide on Where to Find Your Form URL.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
