Hi Villy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can adjust the settings to allow people to fill in the form without login. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top navigation bar.
- Choose Quick Share in the left panel.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Public Form to allow everyone to access to your form.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hiya,
I’m still having the same issue with the form requiring log in when assigned. If I just send them a link to it it works fine without the need for log in, but if I assign it, then it keeps asking for log in details when you click on the link and it keeps emailing once the form has been assigned.
Example of assigned form: https://eu.jotform.com/assign/241234164783052/MndibWk4VDkxQ0c2SzBJZUFrelRxUk5RaDkyU09OYmR6TWZialJlQ2FRM0NZaExrRHQ3MEgrZW1RWTkwRy9QSEJuKzBVZzlUc2xWNzJTcGZGMm5KaXJvQ0k2MHhWRU1veUVJMHdQNEVucEZBZHRjSCthM2hOVHJhN2E2dm5jUis=
To put the above in context, I’m trying to integrate the form with Zapier so when something is triggered, the above goes out to the person who needs to fill it in, but there’s a field in the form that needs to be pre-filled from information that goes into Zapier.
I hope this all makes sense!

Hi Villy,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you use the Assign Link, even if the form is set to Public, the user's must create an account. When a form is assigned, they can access the form and submissions from their Jotform account. It will not have any effect if you integrate the form to Zapier.
