Report Builder: Collect data from different columns and combine them

Hi,

I have an application form where there are several delegates. Each delegate is asked a similar set of questions and I would like to view the aggregated data for all.

For example, I would like to see at a glance which delegates regardless of form submission, have an allergy.

Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest creating a Visual report, with Jotform Report Builder, you can easily generate visual reports that are based on your submission data. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Forms and check the form you want to create a report.
2. Click on Reports in the appearing top menu.
3. Select Add New Report.

• On the Create a Report page, select Visual Report Builder.
• Enter a name and select the report type, e.g., Compact Report.
• Click Create.

thanks for the link. I did check all of that and have successfully been using reports in Jotform. My question was around aggregating the data from different columns to give the results in 1 series as a combined result.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We appreciate it. Unfortunately, it's not possible to gather/collect data from different fields/columns and combine them into one result. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
