How to View/Download an Invoice?

Hi there,

We paid £280 on the 26th March to renew our subscription. Please could you send me a copy of the invoice.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to check and download your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
