Hello!
I have been getting customer's that keep getting the same error if interrupted while trying to pay their deposit. It has happened at least 3 times in the last week.

Hello,
Let´s see why this error is occurring.
The setting Unique Submission is likely enabled in your form. This means that the users filling in using the same browser or IP can only submit it once. To fix it, please take a look at the steps below:
- Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
- Click on Show More Options
3 - You’ll have to scroll down and find the Unique Submission option.
4 - Select your preferred option from the dropdown, and that’s it! The form builder automatically saves the changes.
Please take a look if this solves the issue. Looking forward to your answer.

Hi BeachBumPhoto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Unique Submission option was configured to check submitters' cookies. Once this is enabled, it prevents your responders from making multiple submissions in your form. You can check out this guide on How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form for more information.
Now, if you don't want to limit the submissions, you can disable the Unique Submission option. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, Navigate to Settings tab at the orange navigation bar.
- From Form Settings, Click the Show More Options button at the bottom.
- You will have to scroll down and look for the Unique Submission option.
- Finally, please select No check from the dropdown, and that’s it!
Give it a try and let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
