Issue with files not going to Box integration

    Hello,

    We duplicated one of our forms (Wilson Dow Freelance Onboarding Documents) to make updates. Changed the name of the old one by appending a 4-20 to the end of it.

    Made the edits in the new form and set up the BOX integration but submissions are not going to the designated BOX folder.

    Tried multiple submissions and no luck.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the form through a clone and the submission along with the file was sent with no issue.

    Please try removing and reintegrating the Box integration. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Box integration. Click on the three dot icon and select Delete action.

    Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:

    1. In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Box integration again.
    3. Now, select or connect your Box account and add a new action.

    Also, I checked your form and it seems that File upload is not selected for the Send uploaded fields to Box to send the attachment. Please make sure to select File upload and click on Save.Issue with files not going to Box integration Image 2 Screenshot 41
