Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the client will be the sole manager of the form, you can have them clone your form, or if there are already submissions made to the form, send a transfer request through us.
On the other hand, if the plan is to keep your access to the form as the main manager and give client access to make edits in the form as well, you can give them a Collaboration link. This will give them Edit access to the form whether they have a Jotform account or not. It's really easy. Let me show you how:
- On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.
Additionally, you can add their email address in the Notification email recipient list so they can get notified of submissions made to the form. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.
If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.
The second way is to add a new Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.
If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
