Unable to submit the registration form

Trying to register my son for this weekends lacrosse tournament and your site erred out the first time and gave an error on the second attempt.

Can you please clear your browser’s history in the Safari web browser and then try to fill out the form? You can also use Google Chrome or Google Chrome's incognito mode to see if you are able to submit the form. If the issue persists, can you please let us know what type of error you are getting when you are trying to submit the form with a screenshot? Can you also share with us the form URL in question so we can check?
