I have the following form set up to allow anyone access to complete as we have multiple people working on this.
When attempting to access, users are receiving the following message (screenshot below). I have confirmed the setting is public. Please advise.

Hello cmaanet,
As you mentioned, to prevent people from having to request access to your form, the form must be set as Public.I can see here that you informed this was already done. However, could you be so kind of following the steps below so we can confirm the steps were done correctly?
If the issue persists after following the steps, please send a screenshot of your form being set as "public", so the support team can assist you further.
Here are the steps:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Publish tab.
- Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL. See below:
3 - Choose your Access Settings option. The Form Builder automatically saves your changes.
