CardConnect: Need help integrating my cc system for recurring payments

    Hello,


    I need to integrate my cc processing and create billing plan to jot form could you please help me ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand your concern, you want to create a form and integrate payments using your own card account. If so, can you please specify the type of payment processor you are trying to integrate? We have a list of existing payment processor integrations that you can check out in this guide.

    We are using CardConnect processing company and would like to do billing plan / subscriptions but I don't see that option do you need to turn that on ?

    Thanks for patiently waiting. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Our Developers are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi Lydian,

    Thanks for getting back to us. There haven’t been any updates yet. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
