Do we able to link jotform with Google sheets? or any similar data storage like excel, that is real time
(which mean, immediately get the data updated after received a submission.)

In order for me to do integration.

    Hello pinpin8128,

    That´s an excellent question.

And yes, it´s possible. After following the steps to do the Jotform integration with Google Sheet, your form will automatically forward the entries to your spreadsheet. This will be instantaneous, so you can immediately check this information on the sheet.

Allow me to guide you through the process of the integration:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
    2. Select Integrations on the left.

3 - Select and authenticate Google Sheets.

4 - Choose whether to create a new spreadsheet or use an existing one.

5 - Specify the spreadsheet and worksheet to use.

6 - Choose the form fields to send to Google Sheets and save your configuration.

Submission ID is selected by default and cannot be removed. You can show, hide, or remove it later in Google Sheets. To include your existing form entries before the integration, turn on Send existing submissions to the sheet.

I would be happy to know if this was useful to solve your issue, pinpin8128.

    Hi pinpin8128,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can send data to an existing Google Sheet using our Google Sheets Integration. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.

    3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.

    4. Now, select or connect your Google account.
