Account: Not valid link for changing email address

I needed to switch the company email again but when I clicked on the link through the new email, I got a "Not a valid link!" response.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May I verify if this is your correct email address, acc***ts@tildenprep.com? Furthermore, the link might be already expired. Please try again to change in your end. Let me show you how to change your email address:

1. Click your avatar at the top right corner of the website.
2. Click Account on the left side of the screen.
3. In Account settings. Click Edit on the right side of the Profile option.
   
4. Add your new email address and click Save button.
