Way to save data even when offline?

Hello,

What is the best way to prevent from data being lost while in the process of filling out a form or when submitting it?

We already have employees email the form while they're working on it themselves. However, even when they reopen the link, data is not being saved as it should and sometimes it wipes it all out. They're not able to go back to input the data as they're moving along in their production as needed.

This is happening about 25% of the time. We've ensured WiFi coverage is consistent throughout the warehouse. They use iPads to gather the data.

It's getting to be a problem with having dropped forms and no ability to go back and have the information be saved.

I've also looked in the incomplete submissions section, and forms are not showing up in there either. My hope is to recover what was lost and hopefully start where they left off. Sometimes we have a couple forms that will be in that section. However, it's not there most of the time.

There are Batch Sheets that we cannot find and that we know they filled out in JotForm. They go under Batch No. and they are:

Hello Jocelyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you're using the an iPade you can use the Jotform Mobile App which can be use in Offline Mode. This will save your form to your device so you can fill it out, or you can use Kiosk Mode even when you don't have an internet connection. All of the submission data will be saved to your device and then later sent to your Inbox once you have an internet connection. Let me show you how to set it up:

• On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon at the top of the page, and select Offline Forms.
• Choose the form you want to access in Offline Mode.

When you don't have an internet connection, tap on your form, and in the menu that comes up, tap on Fill Out or Kiosk Mode.
