Payment processors - How to collect donation

I was suspended due to fishing. I am a 501c3 pending charity looking for donations

how can I get this account back up? i have this dinner function tonight. i have attached my IRS EIN and articles of incorporation

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account has been suspended for collecting credit card and bank details. This is strictly prohibited as mentioned in our Terms of Use. These fields are now deleted from your form and we reinstated your account. You should be able to log in now.

You have to use our payment processors to collect payment or donation in your form. You can find the list of our payment processors on this link. Here's how to add payment processors:

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Form Elements at the upper left.
2. On the Form Elements, go to the Payment tab.
3. Select the payment processor to use, click on it and it will be added to the form.
4. The Payment Integration opens on the right, click on the Connect button, it will ask you to log in to your chosen payment processor.
5. Under the Payment Type, select Collect Donation.
   

The following screenshot is an example of using the Stripe payment processor.
