I made this form for a contest, which was great. Now 6 winners need to complete more information (the waiver of liability below their first signature). They completed the first information one or two months ago. Will their original information still appear when they go to complete the rest of the form? (I have what I need, because it's in my table, so that tells me it would).

Hi Denise,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, their information will remain as long as you will let them edit their existing submission, fill out the other fields, and then submit it again. You can send email through the Jotform Table, edit the email content to add the Edit link, and then send it to them. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Jotform Table, click on the Add button on the last column.
- Go to the Buttons tab, select Send Email, and then click on the Next button.
- Enter the column name and then click on the Next button.
- Hover your mouse on the Autoresponder Email and click on the Edit button on the upper right.
- Edit the email message/content and add the edit link that they will click to edit their form response, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}. See the sample below:
- Click on the Save button, and then click on the Create Column button.
A new column will be created with the Send Email button on each row. Click on each button to send the Autoresponder Email to the target responders. Visit also our guide on How to Send an Email With Form Data in Jotform Tables.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
- Go to the Jotform Table, click on the Add button on the last column.
