Is there a limit to how may individual emails I can send emails?

    I have sent only 15 emails so far and now the system won't let me send additional emails. I am not trying to use multiple email addresses on a single send. I am sending one at a time.

    Hi toscanatruth,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. May I know what emails you are referring to? Is it the autoresponder or notification emails? If so, you can only add one notification and autoresponder for Starter accounts. As the form owner, you will receive one email for each new submission and the respondent will also receive one.

    If you are referring to the email that you sent to share a form via email invitation from the publish page, you can invite up to 10 users for the Starter account.

    If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi toscanatruth,

    I just read a thread about this kind of concern not too long ago, but can you explain more? And base on the information posted on that thread, Jotform's paid accounts are recommended only for 10 recipient emails per notification. Jotform has a rule which limits the number of emails that can be sent to avoid spammers.

    Below, is a guide (How to send email notifications to multiple recipients?) that you can try to follow.

    1. In your Form Builder, go to Settings tab on top.
    2. Then, select EMAILS on the left.

    3. Go to Email Notification and click the pencil icon.

    4. Click the RECIPIENTS Tab in the middle.
    5. On the Recipient Email, add your recipients.

    6. Then click the SAVE button to make the changes.

    Hello there @toscanatruth,

    Let me provide you with information about the email sending limits in Jotform.

    For free accounts, Jotform allows you to send a maximum of 20 email notifications per hour. If you’re using a free account, this limit applies to the outgoing emails sent through the “send email” button in Jotform tables.

    Keep in mind that this hourly limit is in place to prevent misuse and spam.

    If you have a paid account, the email sending limit is higher.

    You can send up to 100 notifications per hour.

    Additionally, paid accounts have a daily limit of 1000 emails per day. The daily email limit resets at the beginning of each day.

    These limits apply to the outgoing emails sent through the “send email” button in Jotform tables.

    Upgrading to an enterprise account does not further increase the email sending limits. The limits remain the same as mentioned above for paid accounts.

    If you need to send more than the specified limits, consider exploring Jotform’s Emailing Integration partners. These integrations may offer additional options for managing your email communications.
