How to restore deleted form fields

Hello,

Is there a way for Jotform to retrieve a field I accidentally deleted in our below form? It had a ton of submission data and I didn't intend to delete it.

We need the file upload field that was there.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you did not exit the form page yet when you deleted the fields, try press CTR+Z to under the changes. If that doesn't work, revert it from the Form Revision History, let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the timestamp below the form title at the very top of the page.
2. The Form Revision history opens on the right, select date/time that you want to revert the change, and then click on the Revert button.
