How to Move a Form to Another Account

    I want to move the forms from Jotform account to my account. How can I do it?

    Hi broadband902,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform’s support. To transfer forms from one account to another, you need to login with the Jotform account where the forms you want to transfer are located. Then, create a support request to transfer the forms. Please also include the URL’s of the forms and the target account’s email address.

    If I want to transfer all forms shoud I write it to support?

    Do the links to the forms change or remain the same?

    Hello again broadband902, 

    Yes, please include all of the URLs in your support ticket that you want to transfer. The original links will not change when they are transferred if you do not have a custom URL in the original forms.

    If you have a custom URL, you need to create a custom URL for each form after we move your forms to the other account. Here is a link that explains how you can add a custom URL. Let me explain you how: 

    1. On My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form and click on the Edit Form button.
    2. Click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Share with link title.
    4. Enter your desired URL, then select Apply.
