Google will be transitioning to OAuth and disabling the google app password feature this summer. Are there plans to move to the new system?

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We still don't utilize Oauth to set up SMTP. We still require the SMTP details to finish the setup. However, I understand that Google will make adjustments in the future, and we are aware that this will have a substantial impact on people who utilize their Google account to configure SMTP.
Normally, when changes affect a large number of Jotform users, developers are notified so that they can make the required adjustments before the changes are implemented and we normally send a communication via email to our users if there's any action they need to take on their end.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes, there are plans in place to transition to OAuth before Google disables the app password feature this summer Cashmere Scarves. We're ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
