Inventory Stock Report

I can summarize my products and get a total of how many t-shirts I have sold, but the options within the product do not summarize. I need to break down the total number of t-shirts to the options, ie: small, medium, or black t-shirts, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can easily create a detailed Form Reports in Jotform. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms Page, click on the field of the form you want to summarize.

2. Select Reports, on the bar that opens under the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

3. Click on Add New Reports on the window that comes up.

4. On the page that comes up, select Excel Report to create a detailed report.

5. Click on the checkbox on the left side of the fields that you don't want to add to your report.

6. Then, click on Create at the bottom-right of the page.

7. Click on Download Report on the pop-up window that comes up.

This is great, but how can i quickly determine how many of each option I need to purchase. IE: how many small black t-shirts, and how many large blue hoodies?

If you are looking for a report where you can check the remaining inventory of the items you are selling, it is currently not possible unless you cross-reference it with the entries in your submission table. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
