Hi I am trying to improve and automatize a production process of three steps, what will be the best way to do it with Jotform?
option 1.- Just one Jotform? But I have to add new information through the process, and be use by different persons
option 2.- with three jotforms. But I need to use information from Jotform 1 in Jotform 2 & 3
is there some information or video how to do this?
right now is a manual process, lot of papers and many human errors, mainly by mistake typing
Production Process Swiming Suits
1.cut order
2.confection order
3.quality control order

Hi Eduardo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It would be best to do this by using the Jotform Approval Flow and enabling the prefill functions so you can prefill the 2nd and 3rd form fields with the data from the first form. Here's how:
- On the first form, you have to create the approval workflow. Go to the settings tab, then approval flows, and click on Create approval flow.
- Add the form element to the workflow:
- Select the 2nd form and put the assignee's email address.
- Go to the prefill tab, turn on the function, and match the field that will be prefilled from Form 1 to Form 2 (repeat the steps for Form 3). Click save.
Doing the steps above, the user will receive an email notification to fill out the second form. They will see the "fill out form" link for the email which leads them to the 2nd form already prefilled with the details previously entered on the first form. Here's the complete guide on How to prefill form with approval flows.
