Autoresponder emails not being sent

    I noticed that you are using a Custom Sender for the Autoresponder Email.

    Please make sure that you have whitelisted our IP Addresses and Domains on your Email Server.

    Also, double check the SMTP details.

    You can always switch the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.
