Revised form is not appearing correctly

I revised a form. When the person is sent a link, the person fills out the correct form, but when it shows up in the submission folder, it is an older addition. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you say submission folder, are you referring to the Jotform Inbox? Also, when you mention “older addition”, are you referring to the content of the form that is outdated? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

In the meantime, I've cleared your form cache to refresh your form. Can you try it again and see how it goes?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

If I download pdf 1 it gives me a 2016 form with what seems to be some information from the new form 2021. If I select the second pdf 1 button, it downloads the correct form 2021 filled out correctly. I just discovered this second option.
