Facebook Form Share: Change title

When trying to share the form on Facebook, it doesn't display the title correctly.

To fix the issue, please enter your form link and use the "Fetch new Information" option in the next Facebook Tool.

You would be redirected to the tools page and use "Scrape again" button to  refresh your form title.
