How do I rename a template?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to renaming your form, it's easy to rename your form. Let me walk you through the steps:

• In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• Finally, under Form Settings, edit the Form Title. You may also double-click the Form Title at the top of the page and edit it, then press Enter to Save the changes.

Thank you for your response. I did already do that but it still opens as a Panera Bread form. As you can see in the picture, the backside has the correct name but if I send it out it says Panera. Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and I don't see "Panera" anywhere. Even the Page Title is already set as DIS Interview Scheduler. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
