Hi, I have created a number of forms. Some of these display in my forms and some display in my signature documents. I would like to convert all of the forms to display in the forms section. Please let me know how it would go about converting those. Thank you.

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert Sign documents to regular forms. However, you use our Smart PDF form to upload the PDF attachment that you used in your Sign Document. Make sure that it's on a PDF format. If not, please convert it to PDF. After converting it to PDF, you are now ready to import the PDF file and create a web form. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on Create FormCovert PDF to a web form Image 1 Screenshot 40 Screenshot 10
    2. Select Import FormCovert PDF to a web form Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 21
    3. Click on Import PDF FormCovert PDF to a web form Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 32
    4. Then, it'll ask you to upload the PDF file

Please note that Jotform Smart PDF Forms may not detect some of the fields. If this happens, you can adjust field connections manually. We have this guide that you can follow on how to link form fields.

Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
