How to send a reminder email to the Sign Document's recipients?

    I have sent out Document for singing ( not forms) and there is an option to send a reminder to the recipients who have enot ye signed the document however I cannot find where the reminder email text is or how to see if reminders have already been sent to the recipients by other members of our team?

    Hi eenglish247,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. To send a reminder email to those who haven't signed your documents yet, you can turn on Automated Reminder Emails in Sign Builder settings. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Sign Builder, click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, and click on the Options tab.
    2. Toggle on Automated Reminder Emails switch, and choose how frequent your email reminder should be.

    Now, your recipients will receive a reminder email until they sign the document. If the Automated Reminder Emails switch is still turned off, then you haven't sent reminder emails to the recipients yet.
