How to upload photograph from pc or mobile?

We need to know how upload photos or pictures to form, from the pc or mobile.

You should be able to collect photos on your form with these fields through your mobile or pc.

I can help you with that. But before we begin, let me introduce to you the Jotform Mobile Forms. Just click the link for more information about Jotform Mobile.

When your creating your Form, you can add Take Photo widget. It has a built-in camera app that doesn't require you to open the camera on your phone or tablet. Once you take a photo using the widget, it automatically uploads the photo to the form and is ready to be submitted.

Here's how you add and set up the Take Photo Widget.

• Tap the (+) add icon on the lower left of your Jotform Mobile Forms builder.
  
• In the Form Elements panel, go to the Widgets tab. Search and tap the Take Photo Widget to add it to the form. You can also drag and drop the widget to add and position it to the form.
  
• Once widget is added, widget settings will appear automatically on the right hand corner of the screen. You can toggle to select which Camera Facing to use.
• You can also update the text for the following properties:
  1. Take photo button
  2. Retake photo button
  3. Update photo button
  4. Notification
  
  
• Click the Update Widget button to save changes.
  
  
  
  
• Here's how you Take and Upload a photo.
  
  Open the form in the Jotform Mobile Forms, either by Fill UP or Kiosk Mode. Then click the Take Photo button, and tap the camera icon to take the photo.
  
  
  Try it now and see how it goes.

We can't do that. When we try to upload, appear Data locked.

How we can unlock it? to see if is possible to do it as you show us.
