Allow users to order the same item in diffrent sizes and miltiple quantities

I have an apparel order form set up. A few customers brought up that they want to order multiple quantities of the same item but in different sizes. How can I accomplish this?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and I see that you have already enabled the sub-product options on most of your items. I see that the customers are now allowed to order multiple quantities of the same item in different sizes. Can you confirm if you still need assistance on your order form or can we close th ticket as resolved?
