How to get jotform forms returned back in pdf format?

We have some jotforms that return to us in a png format. We need to have these forms returned in pdf format as our new clinic software will not allow up to import png formatted docs.

Can you give us more details on how the form submission returns to you in png format? This way we will be able to identify the details and if possible, correct any process.

Thanks for sharing with us the screenshot. What appears in your email is not an image but an HTML formatted email content. This is why it contains some background colors and could be formatted like a web page. But you can see that the images in the body of the email are not downloaded yet until you click the link that lets you download the images contained in the email. Here is the screenshot for this:

In any case, since the intention is to download the PDF report of your form, following the steps from this guide should let you have the PDF of the form submission attached to your email alerts.
