I have created a form for clients to complete. One of the steps include taking pictures. But the picture file never opens. This happens with every submission. Please help!

Hi Juliana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw that you have enabled Require log-in to view uploaded files. So, you need to log in to your account to view the submission. This is a part of our privacy feature. If you want to view the files without being log-in, you can do that. You just need to disable Require log-in to view uploaded files in your security settings. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your Avatar/Profile icon.
- Click on Settings.
3. Click on Security in the menu on the left.
4. Uncheck, Require log-in to view uploaded files to view your files without login.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
