Hi, I have a form that I created for apartment inspections; however, the cell phone connection is bad in sections of our building and most of the time the form fails to upload because of no cellular connection.
Is there a way that I can have the form on and Ipad and have the submissions save as a PDF to the Ipad? All without needing internet connection.

Hi Jose,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with this. You may want to try using the Jotform Mobile App, which is available on Android and IOS devices. This has a feature that allows you or your users to use forms offline. Let me show you how to enable offline forms from the mobile app:
- Launch the app and click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Offline Forms.
- Finally, select the forms you want to be available in offline mode.
Submissions will be saved locally on the device until it is synced automatically when an internet connection is available. If the data is not synced automatically, we can use the Sync Your Data option in the app to do it. Let me show you how to do it:
- In the Jotform App on the related mobile device, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Next, tap on the Sync Your Data option
But, please note that for this to work, users must have a Jotform Mobile App installed on their device and must have a Jotform account. After that, you can now assign the forms to their account, and they will be able to fill out the form that was enabled as an Offline form.
Unfortunately, you will need an internet connection to be able to download submissions as a PDF.
We also have a guide about How to Use Jotform Mobile Forms Without Internet Access that you can check out.
