Form glitching

Good morning. One of my forms has 3 pictures and only one is supposed to be there. The 2nd picture with the dark green background is the only picture that’s should be there.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Yes, you can also clear the cache on your form. If the same thing happens again, try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser. We also suggest you try it on another browser or other device.

I’ve cleared my caches and is still having the same issues. I’m seeing duplication pictures that shouldn’t be there. It wasn’t like that at first.

Thanks for reaching back to us. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue.

There is an easy fix for this, we just need to remove two pictures that shouldn't be there. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in From Designer and select the text field where your pictures are located.
2. In the down-right corner of the selected text field click on pencil icon to Edit Text.
3. Select the unwanted images and hit Backspace on your keyboard.
