Account Suspended: Due to collection of Credit Card.

My account has been suspended and I need it reactivated

Upon reviewing, I noticed that your account has been suspended due to the collection of credit card details through regular text fields on the form titled Tara Magic Kingdom 5/24 Card Info Form, which is prohibited by our Terms of Service. If you require the collection of payments from your users, we recommend utilizing one of our payment processors. Alternatively, you can opt to capture card details for future charges by activating payment authorization. For detailed instructions, you can check our guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

In order to reinstate your account, we kindly ask for your agreement to adhere to our Terms of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields from your forms.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. The offending fields have been deleted, and the account is now active. You should be able to log in now.

Also, as stated by my colleague, If you'd like to collect online payments through a credit card, then we have a PCI-compliant for doing this. You can integrate your form with any of the payment processors available on our platform. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though. Then, if you want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of the Payment Authorization. For more details, you can check out our guide here.
