Redirected to 404 error page when accessing the document link from another device

How can I download the JotForm document if it only allows access when logged into my primary account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you accessing a PDF document from an email notification? If so, please sign in to your Jotform account on the current browser when accessing the link to download the PDF document. Depending on the form owner's privacy settings, the 404 error page appears when you try to download a file without logging in.

Thanks for getting back to us. You'll need to disable the requirement for login to view uploaded file in Account Setting, so you can view and download uploaded files without logging in. Let me show you how you can disable it:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile on the top-right side of the page.
• In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Security, and disable Require log-in to view uploaded files under Privacy.
