Not getting the attached original PDF in email notifications

We have constant issues with not getting the original pdf with email responses.

1. Can you tell me what the sent by noreply@jotform.com email size limit is?
2. We added gmail for smtp and now appears to have disappeared as an option?
3. What is the best way to configure the sending email..if we use our own email smtp is there a benefit?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're using noreply@jotform.com as your default Sender Email, all attachments combined must be less than 5 MB, or they will not get attached. This is a limitation set by our email service provider; you may be able to get around this by setting up SMTP, which will utilize your email server limits.
