Request to clear upload space.

i have clear my files. But still doesnt reduce memory

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that you have currently used 77.89 MB of the upload space out of the limit of 100 MB limit in the Starter Plan. I've recalculated the Upload Space but it remains at 77.89 MB. If you have deleted the submission to increase the space, you will need to Purge (Permanently Delete) them after deleting them. If they are not Purged the Upload space will remain same. Let me show you how to purge them.

1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down down.
3. Check the box next to select all.
4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.
