How can I see credit card numbers from submitted forms?

Right now we request credit card numbers from our families and the card numbers have been inputted into the form. However, only the first four and last four digits of the card can be displayed. We need to input the card numbers into our system and are looking for clarification on how to do so.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Due to PCI certification, we can't allow gathering of credit card information on forms. That's why you are unable to view complete credit card number. You can collect payments through Jotform, you'll need to integrate one of the Payment methods provided by Jotform. You can also allow people to pay later through enabling Payment Authorization in payment setting. Let me show you how you can enable it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop Product List on your form.
3. Click on Product List, then click on Wand icon to open Payment Setting.
4. In the menu that appears on the right side of the page, click on the Gear icon at the top-right.
5. Click on Additional Gateway Settings, and toggle Authorization Only to YES.
