Add Sender Email gets 502 error

    I read the help file and entered the information all correctly, with the SMTP address, Port 465 I use, TLS, username/pwd, etc. But, I get this 502 error. Please help.

    Hi. I see that a LOT of your customers this year are having frustrating issues with this 502 error when trying to submit the "Add Sender Email," same as I am now. I chatted for help, but didn't get answers, just to send a screenshot in my help request. So, here's a screenshot. Please help to resolve this quickly.     Hi Austin_Pastel, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A 502 error is a connection issue. And it's likely an issue with the email server that you're trying to connect to. You must contact your IT or email provider to get your correct SMTP credentials. Once you have the correct credentials and settings, try to set up the SMTP on your form again.

    The answer was to select SSL instead of TLS for my smtp setting.
