Upgrade: GST number is being rejected

    Hello, I am trying to upgrade, however my GST number is being rejected, even though it is accurate.

    Hi Steph,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. To confirm, you are trying to upgrade your plan but it won't accept your GST number? If so, can you share more details about it. Can you tell us what plan you are trying to upgrade to and if it is possible to share with us a screenshot of an error during the upgrade? Here's a guide on how to post screenshot to our support forum.

    1. Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, there should be a button at the bottom that says View this thread. Click that button to open your thread in a new tab.

    2. Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.

    3. This is where you will reply. Click the Add Image button, as shown in the screenshot below:

    4. Next, paste the image URL or upload the image from your PC. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.

    5. Finally, click the Post Answer button in the thread to send your reply, which includes the image.

    Hello,

    In the end I was able to upgrade without including my GST number, but I'm curious why it wasn't accepted since it is 100% the correct number. I'm sorry I don't have a screenshot of the error issues, but as you can see my GST is "not available". Essentially, when attempting to enter it, a red note camp up under the text box that read "please enter a valid number" (paraphrasing).

    Hi Steph,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and saw that there's a GST number entered on your Invoice. Can you check again and see how it goes? It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
