How can I create a form for ordering without processing a payment

    Hello,

I've built a form using a PayPal integration. It has really great features, but I would like to remove the payment gateway from my form.

My ideal form allows for users to choose the quantity of certain items they'd like to buy, and sum it up into a subtotal so they know how much they're ordering. Then, when they submit, it sends the results to a Google Form, where they will be billed upon delivery. Therefore, Jotform does not need to process the payment.

The URL of my current form is here: https://form.jotform.com/81425143072145. Can you help me?

    Thank you,

    Roy

Simply delete the PayPal payment field, and replace it for a Purchase Order field:

    Excellent. Thank you!
    Another question:
I'm using the Google Sheets Integration to receive the
orders. Is there a way to format the sheet in a different way? I want to
make each value a number, where now it's a longer string

    Thanks for all your help.
    Two questions:
    1. I see I can only add one Purchase Order per Form. Is there a way to
break the items within that Purchase Order into sections to categorize them
and make it easier to search?

    2. Is there a way to add a description field to each item within a Purchase

    Order?
    Thanks,
    Roy
