How to pick a start and end date from same form element

Hello,

Trying to create an element that will allow users to select a date range. 

Example:
Date you attended / lived at Princeton U?
Sep 3, 2014 to June 4, 2018

I'd like an element that does this in 1 question instead of having 2 date elements (pick start, pick end in two separate questions)
