I need to revise a form that calculates uniform pricing to one that utilizes multiple calculation values for price variances.

I assume this is the form you are referring to: https://www.jotform.com/60885783124160 ?

Upon checking your form, the fields "I am a/an" and "Language Test" are both used to calculate the field "Test Fee".

In order to update the calculation for test fee, go to Settings > Conditions > select the condition that updates the Test Fee field and click edit icon.

Meanwhile, if you would like to change the pricing for each option on those fields, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
