Including submissions as PDF attachments in the email notifications

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, but if you're trying to get your form submissions sent to you as PDF attachments, you can enable this option by editing your form, by clicking in the "Settings" tab and proceeding to the "Emails" menu, as shown by the images below:
