Hello I thought this issue was fixed when I subscribed to the paid subscriptions, I would love to use this for my clients to pay me, and the PayPal integrated is my business account, so why has the last submission not showing on my paypal? please explain if there is delays or hold from you end before it gets accredited to any of the payment services listed on the form , this is very important to know, because most of my clients I need to process their payment as soon as possible. Would appreciate a response as soon as possible please.

Please note that the user can submit the form, but the can decide not to complete the payment at the PayPal checkout page. You will find the submissions in the "Incomplete payments" dashboard, where you can complete or delete that entry: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
We would recommend you to enable PayPal IPN(Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal (for regular merchant accounts) whenever a transaction is completed on their side.: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
NOTE: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

I checked your form https://form.jotform.me/71562865565467 and it's working fine. I don't see any problem with the form, the Paypal payment field is properly configured. I also made a test submission and it redirects to Paypal's checkout page.
I suggest making your Paypal payment field required so your customers can't skip the field leaving it empty.
On another note, the other form https://form.jotform.me/73513272690456 is deleted so it is showing the not found message.

selected, or can they just make payment right from jotform, I updated
client to make sure they completed the submission on there end, as email
screenshoot, they may have closed before being redirected to paypal correct?

The PayPal checkout page can be closed by the form user. In that case the submission will be placed to the Incomplete Payments section.
You can view and manually "complete" such entries. However, it will not process any payments.

In other words, the PayPal payment must be completed by the form user. Only in that case you will receive a PayPal payment.

with a professional appearance, I guess I was wrong, explains why none of
the payments went through, now you tell me this. thats not good, I was
hoping for a payment form.

That is correct. JotForm does not process any payments but you can add a Payment Integration to the form and it will be processed by the Payment Gateway that you have added.
In your case, your form is integrated with PayPal (Standard). When the user submits the form, they will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. They can decide to close the browser instead.
If you want the Payment to be processed when the form is submitted, you must integrate the form with PayPal Pro. You must have a PayPal Pro account for that.

You can choose to integrate the form with other payment processors such as Stripe, Square, Authorize.Net, etc., and the payment will be processed when the form is submitted.

As I check the submission, it is displaying that the Payer info that indicates that the payment has been processed by PayPal without any issue.
Please note that the Payer Info is displayed only when the payment is processed successfully.
We request you to check for the payment from PayPal by searching the user email address in the activity. You may also check with PayPal for any further assistance with the payment so that they can assist you.
