    Hi Don,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that you've recently downgraded to the Starter plan. This reduced your total submission storage to 500, which means that only 500 of your submissions will be available on your account.

If you free up space from your submission storage by permanently deleting submissions, it will allow for other submissions to show up on your account. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In your form's tableselect the related submission and click on the delete button at the upper right corner of the page

Note that you'll have to delete them from your trashed entries to delete them from your account permanently. Permanently deleted submission data can no longer be recovered.

    1. Click on the 3-dot icon on your tab name, and click on Trash Entries.

    2. On the menu that will come up on the right, select the submission and click Delete Forever.

Alternatively, you may also consider upgrading your account again to increase your limits and immediately access all your submissions.

Reach out again if you have any questions.
