Suspended Account

    I am trying to get into my account but it has been suspended. I accidentally tried password too many times. Please assist at your earliest convenience thank you.

    Hi Nelly,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The account is currently suspended due to phishing activity. The form 241323243150037 is collecting credit card information.  Please note that collecting credit card information is a violation of our terms of service. We have deleted the offending fields and reactivated the account.

    If you want to collect payments in your form, then you must use a payment integration. If you wish to charge a customer later, you can enable payment authorization.

    I still need help?I used the template that you guys have on the app but it
    is giving an error message after submitting form. I'm only using the form
