PayPal Subscription Model Payments

What is the number of times payment is attempted if initial payment is not received or collected by a Paypal subscription model on the Jotforms?

I am assuming you're referring to the PayPal payments on your Order Form. I am not really sure if PayPal will collect again or notify you if the user fails to pay their recurring subscription. You may want to contact the PayPal support for more information. However, you will see an incomplete payment in the Submission panel if someone did not pay via PayPal.
