no emails again - closing request form

    See attached image. 

    i updated all email settings per our last exchange, but is has happened again. does not make sense. this is an internal jotform issue.... links to form in screen image are included on the screen image.

    It seems that your attached image didn't went thru successfully. If you ever need to attach one again, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    On the other hand, I have reviewed your email logs and can see that notifications are successfully sent to the form setting's recipient.

    I've also reviewed your form and can see that you are using custom sender email and everything else on the form seems to be setup ok. Your email is also NOT on our bounce list.

    If you are still having problems with the email, may I ask for your approval that I send a test submission so I can replicate the issue?

    Please note that since you are using custom sender email, then it is subject to your email provider's settings. If I'll be able to receive the email, then it's probable that your email recipient has some issues. If I won't be able to receive the email, it could also be because of your custom sender email. Would you mind to change it back to noreply@jotform.com if the issue still persists?
